Where can I get Phils GDC speech streamed?

I want to listen to Phil H's GDC speech later. Is there a website that will be streaming live audio or video?

Oh, and I don't know what part of the US it's taking place in, so can someone convert the 10:30 start time to GMT for me?

I doubt we'll find it for free but I am hopeful. Live Text updates just don't carry the same impact.

It starts at 10.30am in San Fransisco, so 1:30pm in Ontario.

The time difference from EST to Pacific Coast Time is 3 hours. So for us on the East Coast add 3 hours to the time, 10:30 becomes 1:30 just in time for most kids to be getting out of school (or me work, thank goodness for prep periods where i can catch up on info during the day).

10:30 PST (san fransisco, LA, SanDiago) = 1:30 EST (Boston, NYC, DC Miami)

So I don't know, but I hope they have live coverage, ill pay the stinking dollar, but I hope they have respect and let me listen to the full freaking coverage, instead of babbling about how PS3 sucks.

whats the deal with this? i thought i remember viewing e3 2005 events live (or gdc or tgs) back a few yeras ago. have people just become greedy (or econonically smart ) since then and now theres just no free streams? or am i insane and youve always had to pay for a live stream?

Conversely I was under the impression that GDC 06 was meant to be a closed-doors conference where the best we got for a while was leaked image captures, with a few videos emerging days/weeks thereafter. Has this show become more open to the public as a balancing-out of the downsizing of E3, or is my memory off?
