Anyone else on the verge of selling their Wii?

I am pretty damn close to selling my Wii. I bought my Wii last year on Black Friday because my friends talked me into it. I told myself before it launched that I was not going to buy it because what Nintendo offers doesn't interest me to much. I havn't played my Wii since I beat Zelda in early to mid December (Awesome game by the way) and I recently let my friend borrow it since its just been collecting dust. Looking at the Wii releases I am only interested in Super Paper Mario, but Im afraid after beating that I will go through another dry period.

Anyways, I have been taking a look on Ebay for what the Wii goes for. And to my suprise it has been going for the high 300s and even sometimes low 400s. I got my Wii 20% off (Target membership + applying for a Target red card) so I only paid a little over 200 for mine. So the $200 proffit is looking quite nice at the moment.

I have 2 questions, what games other then Super Paper Mario are coming out in the near future. And does anyone have a similar story as I?

Sell it now at a premium, and if you ever want to go back to the Wii, you'll come out of it with a decent profit.

I think I am, like I said it was more of an impulse buy. I wasn't much of a fan of the gamecube, and I find very little I enjoy on the DS. So I am pretty sure there is not going to be much to tickle my fancy on the Wii.

If you can stand to not have one and make money at the same time on Ebay then Id say go for it. As far as games coming out, heres a few:

-Metroid Prime 3
-Super Smash Bros Brawl (who doesnt like that game?)
-Manhunt 2 lol (picture someone playing that game, pretty funny)
-Brunswick Bowling (you know you want it after the crack Nintendo teased us
with called Wii Bowling)
-Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles (Capcom just confirmed 480p and 16:9)

Plus the numerous classics that will be available on the Virtual Console unless your not into those any. As far as software goes, it looks like more games have come out on the Wii than the PS3 judging by what Ive seen in stores.

I would sell it for a profit now while you can then perhaps buy it again in about a year when there will be better games. $200 can get you lots of games.

Sold mine already but I'll be picking one up again when the new colors arrive, which seems to be a long way off...

Not that I mind, by then there won't be long pauses between the good quality titles and I'll be able to enjoy the experience a whole lot more.

Try renting Excite Truck first. It's a fun game.

I'm not going to sell mine yet. I just beat Zelda, and I'm busy with Sonic and The Godfather. I have Super Paper Mario to get after I'm done with the others.

I'm past the verge. The Wii was an impulse buy for me too. Sold it a few weeks ago cause there weren't any real exciting games coming out between Paper Mario and Mario Galaxies.

My Ebay listing just ended and I got $441 for my Nintendo Wii + Zelda (Took it back to Gamestop and got an unopen copy) with the help of my friend who spiked the bids up a little :P

I am no longer a Wii owner as soon as I take it down to the post office.

I suppose it depends on how much time you spend gaming everyday. Unless you're an aboslute hardcore 5hours+ every day, then i think the wii has enough good games to last until the end of this year, when the real quality titles start hitting.
