Anyone remember Stone Cold attacking Doink the Clown after he got a Slammy? I think it was 1996.

Wwe13 will be here soon. Hopefully they made it easier to put people on a table. Always had issues with it.

Anyone else heard of 2 recent passings in the wrestling world? Not sure if you guys ever heard of them but Mike Graham passed away at 62 and Brain Damage passed away at 35.
Both are said to be from suicide. Graham was a star in his father Eddie's Florida territory throughout the 1970s and would later work as an executive in WCW in the 1990s. He also appeared in some Legends Roundtable episodes.
Brain Damage wrestled mainly for CZW and IWA. I haven't seen alot of people in wrestling who look as badass and as legit tough guys like Brain Damage..

link: http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/news/1...-linda-mcmahon- Sut Jhally, the writer and director of Wrestling with Manhood: Boys, Bullying, and Battering says that WWE's Attitude Era under then CEO Linda McMahon was "disastrous for culture," saying it taught millions of boys and men that to be a real man, you have to be "abusive, degrading, and disrespectful to women." Jhally is a communications professor at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He says he did not produce the documentary for political reasons but believes that McMahon should be held accountable for the product created under her leadership.
-- The USA Network will be airing 3 straight nights of WWE programming in December. Here's the schedule:

Lmao, I just read Davey Richards (ROH/indy wrestler who I used to have in my sig) was doing a match for UK indy promotion FutureShock wrestling against a guy named Jack Gallagher. The story is that Gallagher stiffed Davey with a headbutt, so Davey fired back with a kick that legit knocked him out. Davey then pinned him to win the FSW title, even though he wasn't even scheduled to win it. Now Davey refuses to go on a flight back to the UK to defend the title unless his pay is doubled.
Ha he completely fucked them over, that's why indy promoters always take a gamble by booking someone outside of their circle. Ah well Davey doesn't need that 1 promotion to get money, he's getting booked in Japan on a consistent basis. WWE should pick him up - he's one of the best in the world.

I keep getting less and less interested in Punk. He's great on the mic and good in the ring (though he's become very sloppy since about 2010) however I don't legit see him as the best in the world. I know it's just a gimmick but still lol..
I'm all for long title reigns but honestly Punk has been boring me for a couple months now. It's the same old same old "respect" crap and his title reign just isn't interesting imo.

I do also cringe a bit when Punk says he's the "Best in the World", because I think that's only really a statement one could make when they're near the end of their career, or have retired.
It seems like a typical choice, but I'd probably think that Stone Cold was (at least one of) the best in the world, if we're talking getting over with the crowd, cutting promos and pulling it off well. I would love to have seen how his wrestling ability would have been if he didn't have his neck injury with Owen Hart because before then, he and Bret Hart had some great technical matches, and just after Austin had come back from his neck surgery, he was doing some quite technical moves and reactions again. I remember him flipping over from a backdrop and landing on his feet and I was amazed, since I'd never seen or thought Austin could do that!
But also, I blame the sort of content that the WWE have decided to put out now (PG), and the audience, since there's so many cheesey kids attracted to the product.
I reckon that if WWE were still allowed to do stuff like they did in the Attitude era, CM Punk would be brilliant, especially with his promos!
I loved this one:
