Ric flair it seems to become the new GM of raw
The reports are he was planned fir that position over 8 months back and since the TNA VS WWE lawsuit is still under way, the WWE has backed off bringing flair in at the moment

Do not want a rock vs cena two
I want punk vs rock one and only one... the rock needs to either pick the WWE as he says it's home or do movies one or the other. He will turn out like hulk Hogan believes you me he will

True, but you know what I mean
It's going be that fact the rock will turn out to be hulk Hogan, when his movie career is over. He will be like go away from wrestling, everywhere you see wrestling the rock will be

Well you'll be in the minority with that opinion. Me along with thousands of other wrestling fans love having The Rock around every so often. I don't mind him taking months off to shoot movies. Fact is whenever he gets on tv he's more interesting than 99% of the roster.
Also if he did wrestle full-time his "magic" so to speak would wear off and typical bad booking would ruin his character and credibility within weeks.

Wrestling The Rock at the SkyDome in Toronto should've been Hogan's retirement match. I'm a fan of Hogan but come on, enough is enough lol. I have to admit though his match with Sting at TNA's Bound For Glory last year was awesome. (if you haven't watched it I suggest you do, it's a really fun match with Hogan showing he can still get the crowd going).
Btw I was just having a discussion with a friend about what the worst post Attitude Era year has been. 2001 being the last AE year. My friend chose 2010 while I thought it was a toss up between 2007 and 2009.
I ended up with 2009, that year was just brutal. The guest host gimmick was atrocious, it was so bad it was actually hard to watch most times. Not to mention this was the year the Orton vs Cena fued was revived so we had to witness that agony again. All in all it was just an atrocious year.
Now why I almost picked 2007:
Super Cena was at an all time high in 2007, holding the belt for basically the entire year having terrible matches with the likes of The Great Khali. He would only lose the belt due to injuries which then lead to the rise of Randy Orton *shudder*.
Speaking of injuries, on the Smackdown side of things, who remembers Mr. Kennedy winning the MITB? I do. Well he was misdiagnosed with an injury which lead to Edge winning the briefcase on him and cashing in on The Undertaker, who would also take time off due to injury. Edge would win the belt but only hold onto it for a few weeks until he also got injured, leading to The Great Khali winning the WHC.
The summer of 2007 was a dreadful one. The final nail on the Cruiserweight division's coffin was hit when good old Hornswoggle won the belt, killed the division and retired the belt.
Last but not least, the Benoit family double murder-suicide. I don't have to go into much detail here, but this event nearly single handedly killed the entire wrestling bussines..
Well long post.. but I'm interested in seeing other peoples opinions on this.

Nice post bro.
I stopped watching in 2005 till about 2010...so lucky I missed the worst years.
The benoit thing was crazy he was one of my all time favorite workers in the ring and one of those rare guys who didn't need GREAT mic skills to be great.
I think after eddie died I stopped watching to be honest.
Hogans last match shouldve been at the skydome...
From what I've gone back and watched I didn't like how they did the whole orton and cena fued it couldve been so much better than it was. Wwe creative team sucks and aren't will to take a lot of risk. Its just generic shit all the time now.
I feel like I'm watching wcw nitro every monday...
Tonight not really looking forward to shit on raw cm punk is just gonna complain like a little bitch cena is gonna defend aj and ryback is gonna get fed somehow cena and punk are again in the main event with some smackdown superstars tossed in there lol...

Wwe writters have bad taste. I hated two years ago they used jerry mom into script and I hate they did heart attack into script. You can tell punk really was not happy with it. Writters for wwe need to go back to school and take creative writing.
