Miz has only been face one time and that was 2005/2006 when he just debuted as the host of the Raw Diva Search and his terrible Smackdown run that followed shortly after.
I think Miz would be great as a face, I'm confident that he can play both the heel and the face. I liked his title reign last year (hated Miz at first, and I hated he won the title but I slowly changed my tune on him and now I'm a fan of his) so I wouldn't mind him getting another title reign soon.

As long as they don't push him down our throats but let things slowly develop over time.

He got a good reaction from the crowd last night. I just hope like Justin said he's not pushed down our throats. I think what they are trying to do is replace cm punks face place with the Miz....
On another note I see kane and db dropping the titles at main event this week to rhode scholars

Professional Wrestling Corner - Where wrestling fans come to lay the smack down
The Miz does a lot of PR for the WWE so it would make sense to have him as a top face...however with a lack of a mid card scene makes it hard to keep him relevant without going for a WWE championship

Owen Hart in HOF
this makes me a sad panda. I understand her hatred, but if a man like Bret Hart can let it go and move on I hope she ultimately does. Owen DESERVES to be in there.Despite the push for Owen, the enshrinement is unlikely to materialize because his widow will not allow it, according to brother Smith Hart.

I agree that Owen should be in the HoF, but after recently reading up about his whole death, after we were talking about it here not so long ago, I can side with his wife here and can't agree that she could easily let it go. I don't think you can compare it to the Bret Hart thing, and his willingness to finally forgive and forget. She lost her husband. Sadly, she won't get him back.
I think it was pretty disgusting for Vince (or whoever really decided) to carry on with the Over The Edge show in 1999.
I read that parents who were there with their children really criticized the decision as well, as they described the WWF back then as supposed of being a "family oriented show", and maybe that also helped towards the PG crap we get today.
As much as I would like to see Owen Hart in the HoF, or even just incorporated into WWE stuff now, I can easily side with his widow not allowing it.

link:http://www.wzronline.com/wrestling-n...a-29-more.htmlCM Punk Expected To Headline WresttleMania 29
– Following the rousing success of WWE’s first CM Punk DVD and Blu-ray release, CM Punk – Best in the World, the company has plans to release a second title in 2014.
– As recently as last week, WWE creative was forwarding storylines with the idea that CM Punk will be featured in the closing match of WrestleMania 29.
i hope this is true.... That would open a lot of doors for story changes in 2013Last edited by claud3; 11-15-2012 at 13:14.

Not having him in the HoF is a true shame. He needs to be remembered and honoured for his contributions to the world of professional wrestling.

here is one andrea the giant was an infamous drinker and womeniser
and the stories of him are well known and he got in to the H.O.F, loads of past wrestlers were infamous in things they did when alive or still alive now and they got in..
I think its the fact he died in the ring and not in a hotel. Like a few others did

What are you saying mate? Andre the Giant was HUGE in bringing wrestling to the main stream even before hogan! What he did outside the ring doesn't effect his legacy.
Now Owen that was an unfortunate accident. He from what I've read always conducted himself in a professional manner and was good for business. He had a lot of respect in the back from the other guys. He deserves to be in the HOF. However I do understand where his wife is coming from but at the same time grudges need to be let go and owen should take his place in the HOF along side bret!

it does in the eyes of most fans mate.... Just saying if you die in a WWE ring you are deemed to be a mark on the company and a stain on its appeal and appearance to families coming to the shows. Were if you die in a hotel, your ok because it only reflects your own business outside the ring
its the companies image that outways the death for many wrestlers... So never die in a WWE ring or you will be left out

Owen Hart is one of the all time most respected guys in wrestling. From all the interviews, books, and articles I have read he was influential, comical, helpful, approachable, caring, and anything else that characterizes a great person to have in the locker room that helps maintain/drive a positive atmosphere. He is so deserving it can't be measured, yet Pete Rose is in the HoF. What a joke.
