Yeah superman vs Goku at WM with Superman winning. Honestly if Punk kept title till WM and lost to Cena I would not be nearly as pissed as I am now about the Rock. The Rock left wrestling for movies, He isnt even coming back part time. Just a small title run and shows he wants to feed his ego. I lost so much respect for him. I can see him being the next Hogan. That is always wanting that spot light and fucking over others in process.

I was half right about the result of the Rock-Punk match, but I was also half wrong. I hope the belt is changed tomorrow now, but extremely doubt it.

Jericho got the biggest pop of the night. You see, that's what you get when you don't announce that someone is coming back. The last two times he came back it fell flat because we knew it was coming. I had no idea they'd struck a deal, even for a one-time thing, so it was a very nice surprise.

I'm glad that they actually do the title match past in the end, because it would have been extremely shit to have Cena end the night with winning the Rumble.
Too shit and predictable. Once again they made him out to be the underdog.

This Rumble was garbage. Jericho's return was the only highlight and he definitely got the biggest pop.

Cena was obviously gonna win... but fuck wwe... you couldn't build up anyone to win the Rumble and face the Rock instead? I knew (Everyone did), but when Dolph, Jericho, and Randy got eliminated I just slumped in my friend's sofa.

Cena doesn't need any more accolades. He's fucking God tier and should use his status to help build other superstars (You know... the shit the wwe fucking needs right now).

And the main event was average, no one kicked out of a finisher? Boo.

I agree with you. It was a disappointing night to tried and breed potential new main eventers.
I was disappointed that they didn't let Wade Barrett have more of a run in the Rumble, since I would assume he will win a Money In The Bank match this year as he shouldn't be injured. However, if they're actually going to go with a rivalry between Barrett and Bo Dallas then I suppose it was a good night for him; establishing himself on the actual WWE scene.

Cena was so going to win and The Rock the same outcome.... Punk got so fucking screwed by the WWE. I see Punk Keeping the rematch clause until after E.C

Because it would open a triple match at WM29 or when CENA wins the title from The Rock at WM29, maybe then punk will cash in the rematch clause and from there

CENA and PUNK will wrestle back and forth over the title, with the end result being CENA keeping the title the whole year or might lose it three times to punk at one or two PPV's and one time on RAW

At this point Ziggler will try and cash in and not get the title until Next year or he will be drafted to smackdown and have the WHC title by summerslam

Were he will have a feud with Orton

Punk will stay on raw and so will cena... During the draft that will happen before WM29

I enjoyed the PPV alot. Thought Big Show vs Del Rio was a really good LMS match with some nice spots.

The Royal Rumble was just about as good as I expected. It was good to see The Godfather return for a big pop, but I could've done without guys like Goldust, PTP, Santino and 3MB.
Seeing Jericho return was epic. I'm not a big fan of his, but they legit kept his return a secret for the 1st time (debut was known, 2007 return was known etc..) so that was definitely a mark-out moment.
Cena winning was obvious as people were predicting it last year after WM already.

When Rock did that promo backstage it was crystal clear he was gonna win the title. I predicted here Punk would win but when I saw that promo there was no way he was going to lose.

Overal I thought it was a good PPV. Btw, I think it's ridiculous people are comparing Rock to Hogan though, it's okay that you're mad ya boy Punk lost but that's just grasping for straws.

It is not grasping for straws to compare him to Hogan for ego. Lets look at WCW back when Goldberg was on the rise. WCW needed somethings because ratings where down so they gave to goldberg. Then absolutly destroyed him because Hogan wanted to be in spotlight(poke of death). Recently in TNA when he faced Sting and it was Storm vs Roode sam night. Everyone thought Rhoode but Hogan didnt want him to win because Hogan wanted the biggest pop of the night with him turning back to face. Now look at the Rock. For the past 3 years from around nov-march it has mainly been about the Rock. Survivor series two years ago all about the Rock. WM three years in a row counting this year all about The Rock, this year all about The Rock. Guess when he said he did everything he wanted to do in wrestling his ego was like nah dog you have not. Guess what we will see next year, yep prob more all about The Rock. So it is fair to compare him to Hogan because both want the spot light and will push guys on the roster aside to make sure they get it. Hell if it was Orton beating Punk I wouldn't be upset and everyone know I hate Orton.

Now Punk is going to go on at least a 2 month lose streak, possibly 3 depending on who he faces at WM, and maybe longer because it is Super Cena time. So this guy that they built as a top heel, a guy who still has years left in his career, is going to lose a ton of momentum because Rock wants to have a title run again. Three years Rock has come to steal spotlight and I am sure we are in for three more.

If Rock were coming back full time, I would have no problem with him winning over Punk. But we all know that is NOT going to happen. What made me so angry; as soon as Cena entered the ring 15 guys started beating on him, yet he managed to fight them all off!? Fuck that. The WWE STILL continues to shove Cena down our throats, and we all know what will happen now. The Rock will show up for roughly 2 Raw's, not wrestle, but talk trash. He will retain at the Elimination Chamber (where The Undertaker will return and wreak havoc on the participants). Punk will take exception to this setting up a match between Punk and Taker at WM. John Cena will now want his re-match against Rock at WM, and of course win like nothing and lets face it he is a GOD. Pffft.....so predictable. The WWE has once again showed us how SHIT their product is. The only entertainment I get is when Ziggler enters the ring, or when Rock insults people. The main event at WM should of been Ziggler vs. Punk. Would of STOLE the show, and paved the way for the future, aka Ziggler.

Jericho being back is great, as he is so entertaining. But lets face it, he is only there to put over talent, and nothing more. So don't expect him to go on to highlight WM or anything of that nature.
