Yes fines will be handed out, not too mention for "inappropriate" language as well. The wrestlers are way better protected from years ago, and sadly it took an event like the Chris Benoit one to make major changes.

    Exactly! It's a shame.
I wonder if it's to do with WWE maintaining their "positive" status, or if they actually did think that they need to offer their workers more protection.
This is evident again with them stopping the Orton and Daniel Bryan match when Bryan got that stinger after diving out to the outside of the ring. Apparently that was a genuine stop, and you could see he wasn't 100% - head went red and he was motionless down one side of his body.

It comes down to image, and with the way things are today image is everything. Certain moves were also banned as well, as lets face it when is the last time anyone used a "piledriver" in a match?

CM Punk and John Cena in that epic match they had on Raw - pretty sure it was this year.
Punk did a good looking pile driver on Cena. The commentators sounded worried.
Apparently they got in trouble for it, but I think that's as it went, probably because they're both "top" guys.

I get what you mean though. That was an exception, and the fact is that they both got a bollocking over it, so that proves your point.

Anyone who didnt watch Impact Wrestling last night needs to watch it. They had a knockouts ladder match which reminded me of the old school Razor Ramon vs Shawn Michaels ladder matches.

    Who was in it?

I remember when Mickie James and Tara main evented an Impact show with a cage match. I give TNA major credit for giving them that; and it was a great match.
The women really went for it, and I recall Mickie James jumping from the top of the cage, and their cages are a whole lot taller than the ones in WWE.

Women in ladder matches, I have seen it happen there was 1 on youtube I watched during OVW the development side of things then! it was Beth Phoenix v Katie Lea would WWE allow it? imo no I think there to much of a risk to let it happen an would draw serious injury's I mean women get injured from top ropes so I don't think WWE would ever allow it tbh an with the PPV called TLC you would think that it WWE would just put a woman in a ladder match due to the name of the PPV.

After TNA's Knockout's match Taryn Terrell posted photos of her bruised up legs following her Ladder Match that aired on Thursday’s episode of Impact.

    Ouch!

I wonder if Drew McIntyre is liking that.

Looks like it was a heck of a match though.

Taryn Terrell and Gail Kim. They had 3 or 4 ladder spots in the ring. It was really amazing for a woman's match. It seems like when TNA adds some sort of gimmick to the match they turn out to be very enjoyable.

Thats second time Taryn has been banged up from a match like that. I admit I have seen better womens matches with tables and such and no one comes out with that many bruises. Makes me think she is either prone to bruising or just makes many mistakes.

My hope for after MITB is that we will stop seeing the "Feed Cena the big guys so he looks awesome" crap we have seen that I knew would happen. Daniel Bryan for MITB winner!!!

Ryback needs to be sent back to NXT so people will forget about him. He has not won a PPV match in what 10 months? Not even the crowd gives a crap about him. Another great example of a gimmick that was won over with fans then WWE messed up. I will be super pissed if they do same to Wyatt family. NXT shows that HHH is ready to fully take over, and Vince needs to leave.
