That beat up is going to keep happening until he gets the title and after that, he will be a target for whom the corp puts in for the BEST FOR BUSINESS storyline

Nope this will keep going yes until Royal Rumble, but after D.B gets the title. He will get a decent run and there for

Cena will not be the only person in the title run and many fans still and will still hate him and that is excellent and Orton is still in the picture and the power struggle will continue in my opinion up to WM30

Eventually more and more superstars will begin to join HHH and Stephanie. They will start targeting certain superstars to either join us, or you're fired. Daniel Bryan will get help, and he WILL get his chance to demolish HHH and company, because THAT is what's best for business.

One thing HHH said (and he was right) was him screwing over Daniel Bryan at Summerslam WAS best for business. I tune in every week now just to see what happens next!

I hadn't seen Smackdown for at least three years, but I tuned in the last three weeks.

Not seeing much discussion around the internet about Raw last night.

Please don't spoil any details for me as I probably won't even get a chance to watch it tonight, but overall, was the show any good?

Show started with a bang to get the crowd into it. Then again it can be hard to beat a good Canadian crowd. I only watched the first hour and recorded the rest to watch when I get home from work. So for everyone, shhhhh!!

    Cheers for that.

Well thanks to Twitter, I know what kicked the show off, but I won't say anything.
I hope the rest is good. Don't want to be nodding off after a hard day's work.

Canadians always know how to be energetic at any WWE shows. This is WHY the WWE needs to return to Canadian soil soon for Wrestlemania.

Same with the UK. The WWE needs to have a PPV in the UK sooner rather than later. The SummerSlam they had in the UK was epic! Bret Hart vs. Davey Boy Smith was an epic match.

a PPV in the uk makes for a great idea, TNA are considering an approach like that and it would work for both companies to compete like that

    Jim Ross Retires from Wrestling

WWE announced that Jim Ross notified the company that he will be retiring today to “focus on his personal business endeavors.”

Ross first joined WWE 20 years ago in 1993 and made his on-camera debut at WrestleMania IX. He worked on and off as an announcer on RAW until 2011, when he was fired in storyline by John Laurinaitis. He has appeared sporadically on WWE television ever since, and filled in for Jerry “The King” Lawler last year after Lawler suffered a heart attack.

Ross, who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2007, has been working with the WWE development team in Florida for the past year.

Several wrestling personalities took to their Twitter to comment on the announcement of Jim Ross retiring from World Wrestling Entertainment. Here are a few of their tweets:

    Triple H ‏@TripleH
“Can’t thank you enough @JRsBBQ for all you’ve done for me personally and for @WWE … Enjoy your time, you’ve earned it!!! #thankyouJR”

I doubt it. Reports are surfacing that Vince McMahon is a big reason why he decided to retire from the WWE. Apparently there was a huge falling out from a SummerSlam party JR threw where Ric Flair got out of hand and said inappropriate remarks in front of corporate. As the host Vince apparently laid the blame on JR for not putting an end to Flair's remarks.

    Time will tell......

Since the news was released, The Wrestling Observer has reported that Ross’s retirement is due in part to his lack of control over
Ric Flair at last month’s WWE 2K14 event. Vince McMahon is said to have been displeased that Ross failed to simply cut Flair off once he went “off script”.

You have to remember that Vince's ego and down right distasteful views on things normally end up with outcomes much like this. The guys is a walking/talking nightmare for everyone, but at the same time he is an entertainment genius.
