Because it has a light gun? Give away all the other consoles ever too then.

Why strap the Nunchuck to the Wiimote though? You will lose the motion sensitivity of the nunchuck which would be quite useful to have separate for some games.

That seems to be the main problem with wii ports. :P

lol Is that a wild west revolver? Anyway, this is a good idea to make more money. You can strafe and shoot from the same device, while aiming with the gun. It still doesn't eleminate the need for the other controller (nun-chuck?) to actually move though. In reality all this is, is the addition of a second anologue stick.

Isnt this just plastic that connects the nunchuck and the wiimote?

I wonder how much this will cost.

You'll probably save a lot of money by putting them together yourself with tape.

And how can they say it brings amazing realism to games, when it looks like something your neighbours kids would run around with in a water fight

It looks pretty cool. I especially like the idea of using the Nunchuck has the handle.

Suspected as much and yeh confirmed in the link, it's a Joytech third party accessory.

In theory it could actually work pretty well for first person shoots, but I suspect most shooters will be using the B button as the firing trigger making this setup kind of.....awkward.

It would be especially useless for RE4 which where you have to hold the A button to activate the aiming mode.

I never was a big fan of controller add-ons. It looks cool though.

If you go by the pictures they are definitely 2 different models, unless this latest one is a design revision.

As pointed out that controller would probably cripple many of the Wii control schemes, which require both parts to move separately.

Umm, are people failing to do some basic research here? This thing is just plastic casing -- it doesn't provide any sharpshooter technology at all.

    It's a pathetic non-innovation.

I think it could be fun but wouldnt it mean that the trigger is halfway down the barrel? you would have to change the trigger button to Z or C

Humpty Dumpty confuses me. Why would you send horse to fix an egg? If i could choose one, ultimate, egg crushing implement, it would be a hoof

how the hell would this work well since most games ive seen use all the buttons of the nunchuck and remote, so it would be stupid since you would be holding the "gun" normally, but would still need to have your hand on top of it to actually use it effectively

I know it's off topic, but why the hell do you write with the every first letter capitalized? It's not quite as bad as all caps, but it's pretty bad to read, especially as there is no punctuation.
