Okami With Component Cables

Holy freaking cow! The first time I played through the game, I was on composite, and while it was a great game, the colors seemed really washed out.

I got component cables not too long ago, and put Okami in tonight, just to see how it looked. It is awesome! The colors are so much more vibrant. The way the game is rendered places a much higher stress on color than most games, so having the extra colors in there is really nice!

I would seriously suggest you get them if you can use them. I got mine for $10 shipped.

I bought the component cables a while back but did not work for my tv cause it could not support the cables. But does it really make games look that much better? I think Okami is a beautiful game to start with.

Without a freaking doubt man. Like I said, before I wasn't too impressed, because the colors were so washed out.... But now... Wow.

Very large difference. I've only played Rogue Galaxy and Okami on the components, but I notice a large difference in both. Colors are much more vivid.

Playing Okami on my PS3 right now. Brilliant game. Too bad Clover Studios shut down...

I've done it before, tho i was swaping a YRW (Yellow/Red/White) cabel with another YRW cable from my PSX to see if my PS2 one was faulty

turns out the PS2 one was perfect, it was just another device causing problems.
