Yep this forum has been folding like crazy. It's amazing and hopefully it continues. I haven't hit 20 WU's yet but some of the people in this forum are over 100!!

well, you don't have your ps3 yet right? because it comes automatically with one of the updates (the icon appears under the network icon), and "folding" is just a term for the process of "protein folding" that the ps3 computes for Stanford or whatever.
don't ask me what protein folding is though, lol. wikipedia that ****! yeah mutha****a!
....i don't know where that came from.
ha. funny? not really.....

way off topic, but that's quite an eclectic set of sports teams you're a fan of, banjo7. i assume you haven't actually LIVED in calgary, LA/Oakland, Boston, and Chicago?
opinions are like a**h*les - everyone's got one, and everybody thinks everybody else's stinks

Yes but those few with WU's over 75, are using two PS3's and one is on constantly. So as for competition, it's considered per CPU owned!
BTW Even 50 WU's is extremely high for one PS3 if you game with it. Compared to Computers? Well there simply are no comparisons!
PS3 PWNS PCs!

I have "beaten" All the games worth playing at release, Oblivion i beat on the PC. So for me there is nothing worth doing outside of folding until they make games that are more engaging.
I have a sweet blu-ray player though and my friends do envy me for that! hehe. (AKA the only time I am not folding on my PS3)

Someone win the lottery and buy a ton a Ps3's . That would be crazy to win like 300 million , buy like 5000 Ps3's ... wowzer I dont think a house could take that much energy consumption.
