    who's getting manhunt2 ?

I never played manhunt but I heard that it is one of the most violent game in the gaming industry and makes GTA like kindergarten student level of game.

I saw manhunt2 coming for both ps2 and wii and I was gonna get wii version but I was surprised that wii version was $50 whereas ps2 version is $40 from EBgames.com

I am pretty sure wii version will have better graphic and better control(or rather more realistic control) than ps2 version but I am still thinking which version to get.

I am sure that most of the wii players are younger than most of the ps3 players so I don't know how many people will get this game for wii.

I don't know why they didn't decide to make it for next gen graphic such as ps3 but maybe that will be TOOOO violent then.

Anyway like i said, I never played manhunt1 except I heard so many positive reviews about it and was wondering how many of you are interested in manhunt2 for ps2 and want to run it on your ps3.

    oh heelllllllls yes,
i played and beat the first, i think im scarred for life after playing it. but man it was scary as hell, hope to get that same feeling of fear from the 2nd one.

going to play it on my PS3 for sure, hope they didn't change the controls too much from the first one.

I'm getting Manhunt 2 so badly.
Manhunt have been great inspiration to me and have given me the most excitement out of a game EVER.

I pump myself up for some grissly killing, cut myself in the arm to juice up the adrenaline, stuff in the disc and start the perverted killing, yeeaaaah the rush!!!!

If your not sure which version to get (wii or ps2) i suggest you rent it, and also read the reviews. To me it looks like a lot of the 3rd party wii games aren't to good but blah what do i know?
Games i own- Resistance, motor storm, Blazing angels, Call of duty 3, Rainbow Six Vegas,
    Rachet and Clank, Warhawk
PSN ID-Arkanes4, and mghrichardson for warhawk only

Do you guys think that I should get manhunt1 now and try what kind of game it is before I have higher expectation for manhunt2 or shall I just wait for manhunt2 since manhunt1 is old?

well..it's only $40 for buying and $10 for renting.
I think it's better to pay $30 and actually keep it or maybe I can still sell it after I beat it to save money

YES, get manhunt 1 and try it out before you get 2. The story for 2 doesn't seem as demented as the 1st game though, so i don't know if it will hold its weight against it (storywise). but yes rent it and see if this is the kind of game you will like first.

How could you not love Manhunt though? It's the perfect game for a sardistic person, I really want to hurt people in real life, but for obvious reasons I can't (I'm no sociopath in case you wondered, I do know people have feelings, it's just that seing people suffer gets me excited). Manhunt is the perfect way to stress off my need and hunger to do horrible things to people.

edit: Well I was going to say, go see a therapist, but

I love blowing stuff up in a game, but I would never like to see anything like it happen in real life. 2 different worlds.

One of the reasons I am looking forward to ps2 version is not just the cheaper price but also the fact that it's less realistic in terms of control.

I am Korean and my parents are worried that I will kill 33 random people in my school. I live very close to the school where the incident happend, VA.

My parents don't want me to play the game even though the killer from Virginia Tech never played game....wtf.

If my parents see me chocking someone with wiimote and nunchuck, they will put me into the hospital....

i liked the first one because it is a story of survival, you either kill or be killed cuz your being watched the whole time.

very creepy, never want this to happen in real life.
it definetly gets your adrenaline going just trying to hide from all the criminals and getting past them. Don't get caught and try to take them on or you will get ambushed by 4 more other baddies and your toast.

I think it's most exciting to gut them with a knife or decapitate them with machetes and wires ect ect.

It's basically a snuff film, you kill people in perverted ways while they're recorded and sold to private people, the end is about taking revenge on the guy that abuses you.

    Oh snap~
I never got ripped off from ebay, I always buy from powerseller or someone with 99% or above rating with over 50 sales.

Anyway i was actually planning to get it from ebay. I think i can get the new factory sealed for under $30.
