Hey I was looking at my bank account online and I noticed that Sony charged me twice for games. I tried to buy the games but it gave me an error so I did it again and it gave me another error and I still can't download them because its says I didn't buy them but they charged me twice? Should I call someone?

if u gave them an email on your billing information, they should send u an email confirming your purchase. If they did that, the email has ur recipt so u can prove to sony that u bought it. I would definitely call sony. Yea, its probably just teh SCEA number in ur manual, and listen for a customer service option.

Then probably you put the wrong adress to your PSN. As everyone said, call customer service:
@us.Playstation.com
Sony Computer Entertainment America
M-SAT 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. PST
Sunday 7:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m
800-345-7669 (800-345-SONY)

If money was taken and you have proof(bank statement etc) then you CAN get your money back, I have recently joined a new ISP and they GAVE me $60 and have no idea they did it(I don't plan on telling them either
, Mistakes happen and the details may not be accessible to the customer service operater you talked to, Once you have the proof money WAS taken ask to speak with somone higher up if the person you're talking to has no idea what you're talking about
Sorry if that is hard to understand, I haven't slept much
if I am in the PS3 or 360 section I will NOT post about the competitor just to please people, if you want to know what I think about the competitor link me to a thread in the appropriate section

Just keep buying it. Over and over till it costs you thousands of dollars. Then go to court.

I wouldn't get so bent out of shape about it. Seriously if the money was taken out and you did not get the product you'll get your money back.
1. You may have to wait a few days to see if its an account error that fixes itself. I use banking online like many people and once had a store charge me twice. I was gonna call but waited three days and it fixed itself, gave me the second charge back and only took the original amount (Items were purchased at the store tho).
2. Get ahold of your bank and ensure the funds were removed, get time and date and exact total. Get a printout out of this, either via your bank or off your online bank statement.
3. Call Sony back and explain your case - if they advise nothing you can do ask for another higher up person - again explaining that you've obtained the above information and still received no product.
4. If all else fails advise them you'll take them to Small Claims Court (if your U.S. Resident) and contact an attorney or do it yourself.
Good luck with it. But saying "F*ck Sony" isn't going to get you anywhere but more pissed off and less patient. **** happens sometimes, just gotta do whats necessary to fix it.

Maybe your store works a bit different than mine but I had to first purchase a fixed amount of credit for the psn, then I could use that credit to buy games, so there would only be one transaction on your credit card. Is there another way to use your credit card on a per game basis ?
