I honestly cannot stand Peter Moore, he actually says that the PS3 will be the next Dreamcast, he is the only person who has no right at all to say a thing like that seeing as it was him that headed the said console. When I read the article about this I just sat there and shook my head, one of the most heinous examples of an unnecessary (but also ironic.) comment that he, of all people, should not have said. Now that he has, you can see what a PR joke he is, too bad the media are so ignorant/corrupt that they don't see this.

Someone actually made a good point earlier on (and i'm not gonna quote the entire post now ) . The reason why there's no Xbox fans bashing Sony execs in the 360 section cause there's none of Sony's bigwigs taking a swing at the 360 or MS . So what is there to bash ???.....
We had Ken Kutaragi taking swipes at the 360 way before the PS3 was even launched but that has all but died down and we haven't heard from him since . Stringer must've stuck him in a cage somewhere

If this was posted on TeamXBOX or whatever, then it would certainly (and rightly so) warrant a ban of some sort.

What I'm trying to say is that what is appropriate in some contexts, may not be in others, and thus you cannot expect the same treatment if you were to do the same.

I simply see hypocrisy and I point it out. You can't expect to bash the 360 all day long and look at Moore with a straight face and tell him to lay off the PS3.

If you guys don't have self control, why in the world would you expect it from Moore? You ask him that which you yourselves can't even do. That's why you guys look silly getting on Moore's case.

Mate, I'm pretty sure Moore and Co. are capable of defending themselves from us "fanboys" don't ya think?

A little bit off topic but am I the only one that really dislikes GSKID? Im also wondering his motive for being at PS3FORUM when its pretty clear that he's the closest thing to a Xbox 360 fanboy that you can get , maybe he intends to buy a ps3 , I dunno but with some of his statements being pretty trollish im suprised he's hasnt a infraction or 2 or has he and he wonders why there is backlack from PS3 oriented ppl , I swear every topic he's enter turns into a flamefest where he feals he needs to be a 360 soldier and defend the console with honor or something like that, I suggest yall buy some flame suits( Flame suits come free when he add him to the ignore list , there red with little chimera badges..lulz) because your more likely going to get a infraction when he enters and starts his what seems to be a daily flamefest.

Name where I flamed anybody!?!?!? Just cuz I don't run with the Sony flag waving in the air screaming "Give me Sony or give me death", doesn't mean I don't like Sony. Most of my time is aimed at dumb, weak or pointless arguments for and against something....not at Sony.

I only take a shot at Sony in an arguement sense when people say they are so much better then Microsoft....like Sony is the "good" company. Instead of arguing my point, they would attack me personally instead.....thus flaming me.

Some people here expect you to be a yes man and to go with the flow with no dissent or anything off message from the Sony PR script. I won't go with the PR script. If there is a counterpoint or an angle people never thought of, I'm gonna point it out and debate should ensue as a result.....not direct personal insults.

I'll get a PS3 for sure..... but it's gonna be on my timetable and on my terms......not yours or anybody else's. I'm not gonna be the idiot that drops $600 on a console that I don't want at this exact moment, just so I can "earn some cred with the Sony crowd" to prove I'm not a PS3 hater. Ain't gonna happen. All you have to do is keep an eye on the price of the PS3 to know when I'm gpnna be owning one......$400.....simple as that.

But it's a preference ONLY and that's why you see that in my sig and items. But notice something you don't see? No sigs, avatars or sig text that are anti-PS3 or Anti-Sony. In the 2+ years I've been here, I've never had an anti-Sony/PS3 saying, graphic or item and never will. Yet I've seen plenty of shots at Microsoft and the 360 over here on people's avatars, sigs and sig text in my couple years here on the forum.

If I wasn't getting a PS3, I'd say so. At least I am getting a PS3. I see people in the 360 section that have made it very clear that they will never buy a 360 no matter what Microsoft does to try and woo them.....and yet they keep going to that section. Why do they go there? That becomes obvious.
