Im starting this new thread Good Idea / Bad Idea.
Basicly you post two pictures of something thats a good idea and then something related to it that is a bad idea.

Ill start.

Good Idea. Cleaning your console with a dvd lense cleaner

Bad Idea. Cleaning your console in the bath tub.

Hey if Blake's doin' why not everyone.

I lost the pictures. I had one of a fake PSP someone made by themselves and the real one.

Can't find it though. After I do I'll post them here.

That exploding head animation is just a little too extreme, sniper. You should create a link to it and then warn of its contents, and you should do the same for any other animations/pics of that nature in the future. Thanks

The next-gen console war certainly has no shortage of outcome predictions, and the latest person to put his two cents in is Midway Europe's marketing director, Al King, who feels that the next-gen race will end with Microsoft's Xbox 360, Sony's PlayStation 3 and Nintendo's Wii each securing an equal share of the market.

In an interview with GamesIndustry.biz, King called all three consoles “compelling” and said that the draw will happen due to the fact that all three companies are after a different market. “You can see the way Nintendo is skewing, and it's more mainstream, casual, female... Sony's skew is more hardcore, and Microsoft is left to go in either direction”, he said, adding that “All of them have got a slightly different alliance of publishers and developers that are developing content for each one”.

During the interview, King also voiced his thoughts on the PlayStation 3's high price point, and said that although he personally felt that 425 pounds was a big amount to ask for, there are those who will pay it. “I wouldn't [buy it], but I'm not a hardcore gamer”, he said, “In absolute numbers terms, it sounds like a lot of money. But when I talk to my hardcore gaming friends, they're rubbing their hands. They've probably already pre-ordered theirs, frankly, and they'll pay that. And they're happy to, because it's their number one hobby, they're dedicated to gaming, and the PS3 is a compelling piece of kit.”

The PlayStation 3 will be the most expensive next-gen console when it launches this November, and the Wii will be the cheapest. Although Sony has often been criticized for the big price tag, the Japanese giant has often argued the PlayStation 3's value compared to stand-alone Blu-ray players and the technology that the console offers.
