It is a fear sequel from what i've heard, but this time will be published by vivendi as they own the sequel rights to fear. Theres a contest going on to name this game! Looks like some nice concept art, esp. the second one.

It IS the sequel to FEAR, they said so on IGN..
It says that they are asking for people to write up names for F.E.A.R. 2.
