    PS3 cable problem

Ok, I have a slight problem. I have both my Wii and PS3 connected with a single component cable that was made for multiple consoles. However, the problem is that whenever I have both of them plugged in and tried to use the Wii... There would be no sound until I unplug it from my PS3.. I'm not sure if this belongs in the Wii board or the PS3 board.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

That is weird though. Maybe having it connected to two machines confuses it and it doesnt know where to draw the signal from

that must be a real issue, that must be annoying to keep switching between the two. solve the problem, throw out the Wii

you may just want to get a component video switcher or (whatever input you are using) as it will make this easier for you. it is manual so you will have to physically change the input but its all good.... that or get a surround sound receiver..... or new tv of course
