    Help with adding funds

Well i dont know whats going on...i already bought 2 games before and now i was trying to add funds to my wallet and i simply cant do it!!

I add the card info and the funds but it says "impossible to preform your transaction" "contact support assitance for help". WTF?! Is it the system? Should i wait a couple of days? or is something wrong?

I already tried with other VISA cards and it says the same...DAMN i wanted to buy MK2!!

    Any help?

Hmm...Try logging out of the Store, and turn off your console. I got some troubles with the store after update 1.8.

I would call sony's help line and tell them about your problem. Did you try resetting your system by holding in the power button for 5 seconds? That's a weird problem and I hope that you find the solution.

    credit card woes

I had bought a couple game on psn, but then it wouldn't let me. I waited a few days tried again, then finally called the psn tech support. Their rep just checked the transaction and said it wasn't a problem from their end. I finally called my credit card provider and it turns out that when they reissued my new card for the year, which had just hit before the problem, just didn't enable some part of the transaction system. They were really apologetic, but all in all you can call and they will tell you whether it is on your end or theirs.
