As a Lakers fan I am disappointed we couldn't get the zen master. And even more disappointed that we are stuck with D'antoni for the next few seasons.

In all fairness he's better than mike brown. Lol Its interesting....I can't wait to see how they play under his system..I think dwight would do great in that setup

I never liked D'antonis system for two reasons one- he overplays his starting unit throughout the regular season that by the time they reach the first or second round of the playoff their starters are fatigue if not injured. On top of that he never develops a good bench.
Secondly hes not known for defense in fact hes known for the opposite.

I hope they do good, though I am not expecting them to reach the finals or conference finals.

Well I can understand what your saying and I would hope having a defensive presence in howard and metta world peace if they run a high pace offense they have a better defense than all those sun teams in the mid 2000's

Such a shame the Lakers didn't give Bryan Shaw a chance. Mikey D getting the nod is kinda "lol" worthy in my opinion. I have absolutely no faith in that working out for them. But I've been wrong before, so we will definitely see. Hear my Spurs are ballin' out. Too bad I haven't seen any of the games. Last year really did sour me a lot with the NBA I swear, haha. Let's see if the Knicks can keep it up when it matters the most...

Getting my first look at the nets. Team is looking like they have chemistry. Lopez looks like he's gonna be a problem for a lot of teams! I still think he needs to be more aggressive. Their second unit has potential but still needs more time I can see them as a 4th seed in the east this year.

Heat finally defeat the Nuggets at Denver since January 29, 2002. Not only that, they have stopped their back to back trap record. The Nuggets were I believe 43-0 during a back to back.

Haslem is a solid player he the type of guy that gets the dirty work done. he's key for that team no doubt!
