a good hdmi for the ps3

When you say "buy somthin for it (like hdmi)" if you mean an HDMI cable, http://www.monoprice.com is a great source for cables. They are much cheaper than what you would pay for a cable at Best Buy or Circuit City, and they work great.

Any HDMI cable will do. DONT BUY MONSTER CABLE BRAND THOUGH. Hugely over priced, and they die quick. a 10 dollar HDMI cable is better than a 60 fro Monster.

Not to be redundant, but all HDMI cables are created equal...some just get a higher sticker price. Go pick up the most affordable HDMI cable you can find. The shorter, the better, as long as it reaches where you want it to (shorter cables reduce clutter).

I like to have longer cables just so you can be future safe, you know in case you move stuff around or what not.

if you want to spend the most get one with gold plated tips($80-110). if you are on a budget just get something cheap.

i bought a cheap one and it looked fine but my room mate has a goldplated monster and i can tell the difference so i use his(he had it for hd-dvd player, of course he didnt use it)

yea i sold tv's, and monster "supposedly" makes everything look better. there relaly isnt a difference in any of them, pickup whatever u can for cheapest basically. like someone had stated before, go to monoprice.com
