well the video seems to be pretty real to me! but i don't think there's any way to download it yet and you need the sony magical unbrick battery and memory stick (or so it seems) so use the downgrader.

It's fake.

He gets a BRAND NEW PSP, right out of the box, and it's 3.50.

The battery is already inside, and there is no initial setup.

im not sure about the video....but whatever this magical memory stick is, its different from the 3.5 downgrader that is going to come out using the lumines exploit

Thos batterys and memory stick are Sonys way to unbrick psp's but can be used to downgrade (if they excist)

its fake because psp's that come with 3.50 installed have not hit retail shelves yet
