THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

MS has invested millions on creating FAKE ACCOUNTS at neogaf that distracts potential buyers from purchasing a ps3.

NPD refuted VGCHARTS in the past.
BUT the authorities there havent mend their ways.

They are being financed by MS to make 360 look good to gullible people.

the AUTHORITIES there have degraded the ps3 sales by 2.5 k (hardwares)

RB6 which is at no 19 on FAMITSU and MEDIA CRATE has sold over 6000 copies last week in Japan.

It is nowhere in the top 50 chart on VGCHARTS.

on the other hand none of the x360 game could even sell 500 copies last week in Japan.
In medicrate chart/famitsu chart no x360 game appears in the top 100.

VGCHARTS shows x360 software sales around 13k which in reality was just 2k by FAMITSU.

on the other hand ps3 software sales were around 26k whcih were degraded to 20k by VGCHARTS

ALSO in UK....x360 sold just 3k hardwares last week . Vgcharts have defalted that to 10k.
Ps3 has sold 8k last week in UK. Vgcharts has downgraded that to 6k

NEOGAF :-
another Flaming and misleading gaming forum run by 2 previous MS employees.
This is the forum where you have people posting "360 is the last stand for RPG in JAPAN" , "x360 kills ps3 in JAPAN" and getting away with it.
Most of the users are members of sites dedicated solely to x360s.

It is the only forum where you have members praising cartoonistic Halo3 over Crysis and Lair. Any poster who talks about the Wii/ps3 gets banned in a couple of days.

IN REALITY:-
x360 is the least selling console in Japan that has sold just 380k till date(in 20 months).It sells just 2k consoles over there.
Blue Dragon was a massive flop in Japan with just 123k copies sold till date

This doesn't shock me. Microsoft is desperate to keep people from buying a better system with hardware that is far superior to the 360. The fact the 360 hasn't even sold 500k consoles in Japan tells you something about the system.

If the Japanese ignore it, it's usually a good idea for the rest of us to ignore it too since the best games come from Japan.

I bet the 360's hardware failure rate in Japan is high as well...

So they're changing the sales data to get people to buy 360s? That is so pathetic. It seems to be working for most of America sadly. People here are more interested in buying American products than quality stuff from Japan. If some of the people who follow this stuff actually thought for themselves then the PS3 would probably be right behind the Wii in terms of sales. It doesn't help when you have major gaming sites and media treating the 360 as the second coming of Jesus.

Vgchartz has a few mistakes/inaccuracies and Neogaf has more xbots than SDF people. Since theres 3x as many 360 owners of course most general gaming forums will be more 360 oriented.

I expected to see some receipts or proof of MS funding people to spread FUD when I clicked on this thread not a post from a paranoid insecure fanboy from GT forums. I have to doubt the intelligence of anyone that takes that guys post seriously.

Just do a search for XBOX 360 overheating. Then do a search for PS3 overheating. That alone has got to tell you something is up. Sony didn't have to spread rumors of the xbox 360, it does it on its own just fine. My top 5 results for the ps3 overheating stated Sony stocks dropping after rumors of overheating issues.

This is a great post. We can use this to determine whether or not what we read is honesty or the result of strings being pulled.

Aside from your gaming interests, you have no personal stake whatsoever in the commercial success of either the PS3 or the 360. No matter what sites print what information, true or not, it's irrelevant in the long run, as reality is not dictated by our biases. Either your pet console will "win" or it won't, and IGN, Neogaf, Gamespot, G4tv, etc., will have virtually nothing to do with it either way.

Sony doesn't know your name, nor do they care to. Microsoft doesn't know you exist unless you've taken the time to register your 360 (or called them to have a broken one fixed). That's the bottom line. Get over this crap.
