    Final Fantasy VII-2

Does anyone think that it will be as good as the first one? I think that it will be good but not as good as the old one.

Well...If they keep the same story line and a few extra FVM movies... Add better graphics and More Detail to the Characters...Vincent and RedXIII then it will be twice as better than the first one....Wouldnt you buy it if it were like that?
Why do people depend on eachother? ...When in the end your on your own.

the trailer does look unreal. but i kinda miss the good old days, we the shoulders were circles and the forarm was a skinny tube, and their wasnt any hands.. , they realy did a number on sephiroth, i dontr think he looks a thing like in the original. good and bad. but this movie is gonna rock the CGI world. allready get 2 vans full of friends going. i just hope is doesnt do as "good" as The Spirits within.. i realy dont think they tried, the graphix were unreal, but ... no magic, and all weapons... doesn't sound like much of a final fantasy.. oh i know this is kinda off topic, but has anyone seen the FFXII Trailer ? holy Unreal. reminds me a lot of FFIX, ma second fav..

.. i just realized how many times i said unreal

Carmack - PS3 More Power, Xbox More tools

Carmack - PS3 More Power, Xbox More tools
    By: Justin Pinter

In a recent interview on Buzzscope, John Carmack discussed his future plans in mobile gaming and discussed his feelings about development for the next gen consoles.

Buzzscope asked what were his thoughts on the Xbox 360 and the PS3? With the Xbox 360 now released, Would he think about developing “DOOM 3: Demonic Regions” for Xbox 360 & PS3, maybe?

Carmack's responce: "They are both powerful systems that are going to make excellent game platforms, but I have a bit of a preference for the 360’s symmetric CPU architecture and excellent development tools. The PS3 will have a bit more peak power, but it will be easier to exploit the available power on the 360. Our next major title is being focused towards simultaneous release on 360, PS3, and PC. "

It was nice to learn that John and ID software have plans to develope for the PS3 and that they agree with the system being better when it comes to raw power. Maybe after getting Sony's new development kits (that were announced to have shipped in the amounts of over 4,000), ID software and other developers will change their mind on who has better tools for their systems.
