Arcade title hints at Revolution play

    http://joystiq.com/entry/1234000530071427/

Muahahaa, I stole threads name from joystiq >;D

4 Color Rebellion found an arcade game in Japan called Mazan: Flash of the Blade which uses a katana style controller in the same fashion as the Revolution. They report play ranged from swinging the sword wildly “bezerker style” to a more careful and studied approach, blocking and making better attacks. The point: “this is a game that can be figured out the first time you pick up the controller.”

After a day of playing this game and gun games, compared to the punishing Taiko Drum Master, they think fears of tired arms from the Revolution controller are unfounded. They have videos of some truly masterful swordplay. Me wants one…
And here is the link where you can see what kind of game it is.
Man who chase after bus get exhausted, man who run in front of bus get tired
Man who masturbates in class has firm grip of subject at hand
Woman who sink in man's arms soon have arms in man's sink

    [LIVE]New Warhawk update coming today

Dylan Jobe, a developer for Warhawk, has recently made a post on the Official PlayStation Forums regarding an update coming to Warhawk today. The update can be expected any time from 10 AM PST to 12 PM PST. Jobe states that the Warhawk team has been listening to the feedback of its users and has decided to implement an update taking care of a lot of the overwhelming requests for the game. We've included a list below of everything you can expect to be changed.

By popular demand, playlists which include the largest layouts now include only the largest layouts. They will no longer occasionally rotate into medium layouts.
By popular demand, respawn times have been set to 3 seconds.
By popular demand, Broken Mirror servers now offer dedicated CTF and ZNS games in place of the mixed playlists.Dogfight servers were added back to the list. They were inadvertently omitted before.
All games’ time limits were reduced to 15 minutes, and ZNS score limit was reduced to 5000, to combat complaints of prolonged base camping.
“NEWBIE” servers were changed to “Rookie” to bring the nomenclature in line with upcoming changes in v1.4.
“Pro” servers were changed to “Expert” to more obviously indicate a skill level rather than a player type. Some players incorrectly identified “Pro” servers as tournament games, a la MLG or GGL.
“Casual” servers are essentially the same as before, but the “Casual” designator has been dropped. We now refer to these internally as just “standard” servers, and they are listed without any special identifier.
The rank cap on Rookie servers was increased to Wingman, since players were getting kicked out of these servers too quickly and finding themselves unprepared to play on standard servers.
A rank cap was imposed on standard servers at Command Marshall. This is rank 15/19 so it should not affect a lot of players. The intention is to pull some of the most elite players out into their own category, somewhat narrowing the rank gap on these servers.
Many Omega Dawn exclusive servers were removed due to lack of use.

That's a boatload of changes by the team continuously bringing its fanbase the updates it asks for. It seems the guys over at Incognito Entertainment really care about its users enough to make this online-only game a big hit with continued updates.
