i was really hoping for a midnight release of the game but i have been dissapointed us europeans are treated worse then the US which makes me feel sony is not fair i have waited forever for the game and they said the europeans would have to wait 48 hours i have waited longer then that

Yesterday evening at a couple minutes after 9pm PDT I was seeing posters here who were from the Eastern US and they were DL'ing Warhawk as they posted.

From my home in California, I was on the PSN store and there was no option to DL anything other than the stupid wallpaper.

Then, at about 9:35pm, I logged back into the store and !viola! it was there.

So... keep checking the store!

That's EXACTLY what Sony said. They said it would be 48 hours later than the US so it would coincide with the normal Store updates.

Since the same wasn't done in the US that tells me that we likely won't get any kind of firmware update, etc this month. Otherwise, I would think that they'd have delayed the release world wide until Thursday.

BTW, I've read before that the EU store updates early to mid-afternoon on Thursdays usually, so I'd imagine it will be available when that normal update occurs although it might be earlier since this is a big release. I know it's tough to wait, but Warhawk's worth it.
