What do you think of the F1 spying saga?

I follow F1 pretty closely and am interested to see what the rest of the Forum thinks about the recent spying saga.

So what do you think? Was the verdict too harsh, just right and even too light?

Personally I'm going for too light, as from the evidence its pretty clear they blatantly cheated and they should have some repercussions going into next year, though not a complete ban.

I think it has overshadowed one of the best seasons I have seen in a long time, I have my own views and questions on a few things, but I'm a race fan, not a politics fan.
