And besides, I don't think it's likely for a console to launch with a huge RPG. . .is it? They attempted that with the 360, and look where it got them.

Then your just like me...I'm into those types of games.....but hey I read on Gamespot that Unreal Tournament is gonna be a launch title for PS3 and its launching in the spring....man, I hope this is true cuz if so then PS3 comes out soon!!!

im not gonna even open the link now that i have read the other posts saying its a 360 game haha. I like the 360 COD2 looks really nice graphics wise and gameplay wise. I was watching my dad play it he got it for xmas.

ya my frined brought over his 360 and we played COD2 on veteran for hours. its a very fun game. the graphics are good and the gameplay is fun

Two things I'd like to point out:

1) 8 is actually a pretty solid score. I don't understand all the "cow", "lemming" and "hermit" business over at Gamespot, but they seem to think everything under a 9 is a terrible game. The fact of the matter is that most games which get an 8, or even a 7 are pretty fun to play. They're not perfect, but hey, they're not bad.

2) I can't find the 8 that your talking about, care to show me the way?

Yeah, a lot of games that get rated with a 7 are fun in my book. Games are supposed to be fun.. Nevermind the System Wars people at Gamespot, most of them are knuckleheads.

Yeah, Im pretty sure that the OP was an "Xbot" trying to get a rise out of the RPG fans over here. I don't think he counted on the fact that the good people over at this board are a clever bunch
