So it has been almost a year now since the Wii launched and I finally was able to add one to my collection, as of now I own only two games: RE4 and Zelda...I really need some advice on must own titles, accessories, VC games, whatever....treat me like a Nintendo Newbie! Thanks!

RE4 and Zelda already?
Hmm Metroid is freakin awesome. Paper Mario is good for a playthrough, maybe a rent. I love SSX Blur as well. If you have never played Trama Center on the DA then check it out for the Wii as well.

So far in a short answer YES. I am loving RE4 and my wife is finally playing games with me (Donkey Kong on the VC). I mainly got it for Super Mario Galaxy and Smash Bros. but for now I am very happy with the purchase. I should have done this with the PS3 as at launch I was disappointed when I got my PS3....

Instead of buying OOT for VC, I would buy the Master Quest for GameCube. That way you get 640x480 resolution, and more importantly, rumble support.
Then again, I personally just play it on my computer and get those features anyway, except for the Master Quest dungeons, of course.

I got my Wii anout 4 months ago now and i have got really bored of it really,I play lets say a few times a month IF that,So, i have traded it for a ps3,I think it was the right idea,i had about 15 wii games, but i got bored of them, the only one i use to play was mario football, that was ok once in a while.Another game i completed VERY easy was red steel on the hardest difficulty,it took me about 6 hours to do.

As far as accessories go, the Nyko wiimote charger is great. But it only works for 2, not sure how many you have.

Congrats on purchasing your new Wii!

I might get one myself when Super Mario Galaxy and SSB hit.

I was joking.

My stores are overflowing with them, so I always find it funny when people talk about not being able to find one. Anywho, I waited in line for 2 hours to get 1, but they weren't popular, I could've showed up at opening, and got one, but after the 360 and PS3 launch, I was expecting massive lines, lol..
I never play it though, and like some future games, but probably not enough to keep me from selling it, so, unless SSB Brawl is Godlike, which it would have to be, I need to find a way to sell my Wii..

Where are you? In the continental US, I didn't see a single one between launch day (they were sold out thirty minutes before the store officially opened) and sometime this month. They're starting to be common now, but...
Don't mistake the huge stack of empty boxes at the front of every gamestop for actual availability.

First off, I'm talking Best Buy and Target, so no worrys about them being empty boxes.

Second, I live in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Third, that was an exaggeration, they aren't "overflowing" but rarely out of stock for the past couple months. (Mostly Target had stock more often, Best Buy did depend on when the last shipment was, but they weren't gone fast.

Interesting! I've been in the Mendota Heights and Roseville area, and I have virtually never seen them until the last month. I wonder what's different. (They seem to be nearly common now -- I've actually seen them at Best Buy twice, although not yet at Target.)
