Tonnes of us love it (like a more popular marmite) and Tonnes of us want it REALLY bad. So when it finally comes out in Japan in Nov. are you going to import it or try and find it on eBay?
Or are you going to be a good sony customer and buy it in your own domain.
But, say if you did import, would it work with a PAL or USA thingy (whatever it is)?

So what are you going to do when DualShock 3 is released?
-

IF IT'S NOT TOO EXPENSIVE I will import from Japan or get on ebay or something. If it's over $50 w/shipping then no. People on ebay will import a whole bunch of them and sell them for cheaper than you would pay for buying one by itself direct from Japan, so ebay will probably be the best bet.
Hopefully there aren't any differences with the controller or it being compatible with US PS3's or titles.

Will Sony be releasing it with the Playstation 3 system after it releases?

Eh, just patiently wait. lol, honestly tho....gotten quite used to a non-rumbling controller. tho the rumble will be a welcome addition, I won't go out of my way until I can drive down the block and pick one up. I still can't believe tho, we are having to wait til Spring 08......wtf?

I will be trading my old ones in with the Sony Playstation 3 Trade in program.

Then I will be sitting silently while I repeatedly crash into a wall, while the remote control is sitting in my lap.

can almost gaurantee its gunna be expensive, i mean just look at the Sixaxis.. 50$ and some rumble 70$. unless they plan on doing a price drop on the controller which i ****n doubt, i mean the ps2 memory cards are STILL selling for 20$ for a 8mb card..

Are the batteries replaceable or not? The original SIXAXIS doesn't have that option and it sucks that you have to replace the whole controller. As for the price, I wouldn't pay over $50 since the original was around that price as well.

I will probably just buy it when it comes out here. I want rumble as much as the next guy, but I'm not desperate enough to import it from Japan. I've done alright without rumble since day one last year, I can hold up for a few more months.

I voted dont care
I have 2 controllers right now which do what I want and that is to control my games.
Rumble etc was great when I imported a Dual Shock Pad from Asia many years ago for the Playstation and Gran Turismo, but Im past that gimmick now.
I certainly aint going to go out and buy one

I'll buy it when it comes stateside. I want it...a lot, and I'm a little bitter that they don't release it simultaneously, but I'll still wait.
