Should i panic. My brother stepped on the sixaxis cords and it pulled the ps3 which caused the cord under the power switch to come out.Should I panic?I cut the game back on and it works fine, but will this affect the system in anyway?Im really paranoid.

One of my cords just came out on my ps3.
.....ur kidding right? that doesnt seem all that bad of a situation IMO. just relax, if it works, then nothing is wrong with it, if not, i assume u have the warrenty ready.
Not unless it was saving game data, in which case you would get a corrupted file. Otherwise you're fine.

OMG! He stepped on a cord and pulled out the power cord! It's worthless now! Send your PS3 to me and I will dispose of it for you!
For God sake...calm DOWN!
Well, even worse than saving would be updating firmware...but that's unlikely+wasn't happening. You're fine man.60GB PS3 on 11/17/06
40GB PS3 on 11/17/07
120GB PS3 Slim 10/1/09
What I don't understand is how a USB cable held in tougher than the Power cord in the back...
