PS1: There's this robot game, but I don't remember it's name. If you guys know it XD, tell me please In the game, you can visit city to upgrade, buy equipments, get quest. You can go to the field to proceed stories. The game is only Left and Right, which looks kinda like maple story, but you can walk up and down on the road. You can even come down from your robot as a little tiny man. 2 players is able for this game.
    PS2: Final Fantasy X / Kingdom Hearts 2 / Rogue Galaxy / Shinobido
PSP: Zero no kiseki (Legend of heroes) / Monster Hunter Portable 3

That robot game sounds like a fun RPG...why have I not heard about it before?

Suikoden, Persona, and Yakuza series are all great buys, as well as Devil Summoner. Brigandine was also a very under-rated and overlooked strategy RPG.

One of my faves from PS1 is definitely Resident Evil 2. A PS2 favorite of mine would be Kingdom Hearts II.
