And the fans take the blunt of this. Here at least there are a lot of bars and restaurants that rely on game nights to bring in the crowds. A couple younger guys are going off to Rochester for the AHL. The whole thing is stupid.

For myself and well a couple other canadian members
who care november games are gone.
Something that really annoys be is that on the radio they said that someone on the Sabres posted about getting a new car. I don't remember who it was but the guy posted on Twitter about getting a new Ferrari, saying the engine was so loud it set off other car's alarms. I thought, really dude? You post something like with all this crap going on?
Once this all settles I don't know if I'll want to watch hockey. All this proves is just how greedy and stupid the players and the league are. As for people going to the KHL? I can't name names but some are going over for big money. That's a pretty big f you to fans of those people. This whole thing pisses me off.

I don't think TV ratings will suffer at all tbh. Less people may come to games in smaller markets but overall I'd be surprised if it'll be a big deal.
I'm going to stay up and what as many as I can take. Which isn't that many but a few here and there. Good thing there's never a lockout in our league here in Sweden
Still pretty disappointed Leafs fired Burke. I like the guy.Other opinions are available.

We lost to Florida....fucking florida! Worst team in the eastern conference and it's florida. What are they doing with an ice hockey team anyway? Florida doesn't even GET ice or cold! Buffalo you make me sad.
