Man Vinnie Lecavalier is lighting it up.. I expect him to bring home the Art Ross, Rocket Richard, and Lester B Pearson Trophies.

Ah, I play a different style of fantasy hockey. I wouldn't be able to afford all those people.

Yeah no way he won't be, did any one see Ovechkin's goal last night? It was so sick.

Nice dude way to make it a sticky. Yeah he is probably one of the best players right now. Second in the league for goals! Like I was telling soldier Crosby is really good too, although he is more of a playmaker I think Ovechkin can put the puck in the net more and he hits!

Is that a joke or something? I know people are entitled to their own opinions but come on man. Vinnie Lecavalier? Ilya Kovalchuk? I know Ovechkin is an amazing player, but I still think he is far from the top.

From from the top? Are you crazy, he is in the top, top two for goals. He skates cirlces around people. And he is so young. The dude is a beast. Lecavalier and Kovalchuk are good and Ovechkin is right there with them.

I always like defencemen, to me the "best" players are great playing both ways!
Rafalski (or Lidstrom) would be my picks. They help on the scoresheet and on the flip help keep others off it

Yes, both Raffi and Lidstrom are incredible players. They can shut down the best of forwards and still put up 60 points a season, more than most of the guys they are shutting down. Another great D man is Joe Corvo. If he breaks up a play he is gone. He is one of the fastest players in the game and he has really good hands. I kind of look at him like Patrick Marleau on defense :P.

Yeah Ovechkin's goal last night was insane. You should look at it and he is deff in the top 10 in my book.

Like many things in life, even hockey players come down to preference. Example, there are people who love Sidney "The (s)kid" Crosby, but I would prefer if he wasnt in the NHL. However, this year he is proving why he should be reffered to as one of the best players to touch the ice. He is playing hockey.

Anyone else looking forward to Bertuzzi's return to GM Place? I know I am.

I agree with that comment completely. Ask Hockeydude lol.

I like Ovechkin cmpared to the other popular guys, i like other players more but tey are not as well known so people would just laugh lol. Kovalchuk is preaty good as well, good competition for Ovechkin at least.
