It looks like Gamestop will ship internationally.

From what I can find they never say anything about which countries they will and won't ship to. Just that they only do it to physical adresses.

I'm still gonna get stuff off ebay but I guess if you're real cautious you could try them. I haven't found any other site that will do it.

another thing is playasia & yesasia are good sites on the web, games are about $80 delivered. ebay is also very good.

i havnt used playasia but i have used other stores through ebay. i have read on the customs page that you pay customs on goods over $1000. i could be wrong, but i havnt been charged for any goods that i've bought from overseas.

i also use cd universe for all dvds and blue rays.

I thought it was $400 but could have gone up since I last checked. One thing I know is that Aus is WAY better than the UK in that regard. I copped a £12 customs charge for £35 worth of blu-rays which is absurd. Even if it's marked gift they start slugging you at around £30. Can't wait to get back to Sydney so I can start importing without being ripped off.

I found cduniverse pretty good for games and the shipping to australia is quite reasonable. I was going to use Gamestop but it wouldn't take my credit card and i noticed there shipping to Australia is ridiculous, plus cduniverse takes paypal which i find a lot easier and safer.

No, only when you try to import goods over $1,000 will you have to pay tax. My PS3 came from Play-Asia ~ 2 days straight to my doorstep last year!
