ok, a few years ago i bought call of duty 4 for ps3 and there was this big hype about halo being 100x better than cod 4, the other day i bought halo 3 and was not just disappointed but also bored, i remember playing cod4 for the first time and drooling in awe of how good it actually was and then being "GOB-SMACKED" by the online mode, ok so i may not know the full story about halo. i did enjoy the vehicles though but what i want to know is why fanboys of 360 still stick up for this game which is worse than resistance: fall of man for ps3......

in b4 the Lock . As ive never heard anyone ever Compare Halo to CoD .as Halo is a Sci-Fi
Shooter that should be Compared to UT3 if anything not CoD. and CoD is supposed to be a Realistic Shooter that should be compared to say Vegas2, Battlefield type games as there gpoing for a realistic Type FPS shooters

Some games arn't for everyone man. I'm not a big fan but have played quite a bit of Halo 1 and 2 and though I didn't think they were AMAZING I had fun playing it with friends and what not.

Never really got a chance to play 3 to much, some of my friends still play the hell out of it now.

ye when cod4 first came out i didn't buy it immediately but tried to research it a little bit on ps3 and xbox 360 sites and forums, there were a lot of people saying halo is a lot better than cod for fps online

In my opinion Halo 3 is a million times better than CoD4. But then it is each to their own. I could go ahead and explain why, but I'd instantly get labelled a Halo fanboy if i do.

ye there's a lot of that going around, i know people who love it but just don't see why, i see gears of war as a god send away from halo, probably the best looking game ever

I didn't get into the Halo 3 singleplayer that much... but the online is the best I've ever played this gen in terms of fun.

i went into a few games and it just doesn't seem to click with me, i'm the gritty war type but why do 360 fanboys want me to buy this? Is it just the online multiplayer or the fact that they think the game is good? (story)
