They are doing it because people cheat, and tell their clan member where aother people are in a game afte rbeing killed themselves.
As for ram, insufficent, does not mean slower or faster.
But on the topic of ram, the Cell needs that bandwidth it has a lot of very hungry mouths to feed.

Not one developer has suggets that the 360 could do with faster system ram, neither on the PS3 side. They have sufficent.
In terms of the GPU side, the PS3 gets bandwidth starved if people dont treat it with care.

I have to admit you did make some valid points, though I think the problem as to why Sony did not include a headset was because they already put too much on BD and the PS3 they could not afford it, the PS3 was actually meant to be 1200$ said by Kutagari, and even today they are still losing money, so far they have lost over 5B$ which is also why they ditch the DS3 and make a cheaper controller SAX, but we all know what happened.

it will be hard for sony to over take MS in america but it can be done.
if you look at the world wide sales the 360 is ahead by 6 million last time i knew
and this 6 million lead is in america. so sony can close the gap by haveing awesome
games and marketing and another price drop

I believe 360 has outsold Wii twice in NA, I'm actually pretty sure of it but I can't remember the month exactly. One was the Halo 3 release of course but there is also another time.
It also oustold the Wii I believe in December 2006 when the Wii first launched, due to supply constraint.

ANOTHER REASON - headsets. Americans are a very social culture and this is reflected in the fact that headsets are being provided with every single Xbox console being sold (except the arcade model). If you don't get what I mean, headsets = communication = essential to socialization.
The Asian cultures tend to be more family-oriented and keep to themselves moreso than Americans, and this is reflected by the lack of headset being provided.
Just a question to provoke some thoughts - an Asian is transferred from a school in Japan to an American public school. Who do you think he is going to conform with, a group of rowdy Americans or a group of quiet Asians? Seriously. My point is that you can't expect a console to take flight in a culture that is completely opposite from the culture that designed the system. This is the same reason why the Xbox is failing in Japan.

He's not alone here. There are so many posts that use the generalizations that members to to use to get their points across and seem like they are more valid because "a lot of people" feel the same way they do.
