Genji: Days of the Blade takes place three years after the original story and continues to expand on the historical accounts of battle between the Genji Clan and the Heishi Clan. The title also comes packed with button smashing gameplay, diverse levels of fighting, and many playable characters.

Genji: Days of the Blade's uninspiring gameplay, linear levels, and awful camera destroy any illusion the quality graphics and audio may hold over you.

- Graphics are nice and animation is good.
- A rousing, and immersive soundtrack is definitely a high point.

Disappointing launch titles go hand-in-hand with console launches. These games are often unimpressive, having had to contend with new development hardware and self-imposed launch deadlines.
