When can we expect a Warhawk demo?

SCEA believes "Warhawk was designed to support up to 32-players online simultaneously. In a demo version of a multiplayer only game, there is little control over how many players will be on a dedicated server at a time, potentially leading to smaller online battles that do not fully do justice to the title's fast combat and frantic play. Additionally, Warhawk development underwent an extensive beta trial that included nearly 10,000 participants, which offered a wide audience ample opportunity to experience the game and provide valuable feedback to during Warhawk's development."
What seemed to be hope for a demo is now lost according to SCEA. If you're on the fence about whether or not to buy Warhawk, it appears you will need to find another avenue to try for yourself, or simply pick the game up.
Warhawk is a multiplayer-only game which features a bunch of maps varying in sizes up to 32 players. Either competing online or over LAN, you can take control of planes, tanks, and jeeps to progress as a team or independently. You can earn medals and receive rewards for certain achievements and according to the developer, Incognito Entertainment, the awards and medals may be shown as trophies in PlayStation Home.
Warhawk is an action packed title and will keep you playing for hours on end.

A demo for an online multiplayer game? Seriously now..... if you look at warhawk and it doesn't seem fun then it isn't for you. If it does seem fun then there is a very high chance you are going to have fun with this game. I am having a blast right now.

"a demo for a already released game ?? thats stupid !"
....tell that to the people that released "The Darkness" about 3 months after release. IIRC in "PC LAND" if you had an online demo one would just limit the maps? However I do see it being a bit silly to demo an online game. I 'm sure I'm not the only one here that would say "your experiance will vary depending on match/ map/style etc"

Saying that a demo is the only thing that would change your mind about buying a game is ridiculous...Remember that console most of us had called the PS2 that we played a lot maybe 2..3 years ago? Yeah...might be asking a lot to remember back that far, but there were never demos for games for last generation consoles and everyone was perfectly fine with it and still bought games based on reviews and personal interest. Now that we've entered a more online console gaming world, everyone magically expects demos for every single game or else they aren't buying? Give me a break. Simply put, if you own a PS3 and don't have Warhawk you are missing out on a lot of fun.

Easy there RazerB....there were alot of demos for last-gen consoles, they were released and packaged with gaming magazines. Not to mention packed with brand new consoles. I too agree that a demo for this now is pointless... but hey there are people who like to test drive before they buy...theres no harm in that.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this or not, but if you want a demo, the Blockbuster's here in North Texas are carrying the game for you to rent. That's a great way to demo...then buy! I bought this game without playing it first (something I never do) and have absolutely loved it!! Go check it out!

Well duh, they want you to BUY THE GAME.it is an online only game,so a demo might even keep you from buying the actual game because you are already having a blast with your buds on LAN,so what would be the point to get the game for additional maps and stuff like that.
