Sony’s stamped a U.K. price on its upcoming PlayStation Vita handheld, which hits PAL regions early next year.
The format holder confirmed that the Wi-Fi edition of the portable will retail for £229.99, while the Wi-Fi/3G version will cost £279.99.
The news comes following confirmation overnight that Vita will launch in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Australasia, Canada, the US and Latin America from February 22, 2012.
Jim Ryan, President of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE), commented, "PlayStation Vita is an incredible device that offers the best possible portable gaming experiences.”
