It seems as though all those rumors and speculation about a PlayStation 3 version of Diablo 3 have finally been confirmed.
Although we don’t know much, a community manager at Blizzard has today revealed (via twitter) that Josh Mosqueira will be the lead console designer on the project.
After having spilled the beans, Blizzard made a point of saying that the team is still is still actively exploring the project, which most probably means we won’t be seeing the game for quite some time.
Still, this is very noteworthy news, as this once PC-exclusive franchise will be making its way to the Mac as well as (presumably) current console likes the Xbox 360 and, of course, the PlayStation 3.
Stay tuned for more news about Diablo on consoles as it breaks.
