Tekken tattoos to be offered to five lucky U.K. fans

13 September 2012

Namco Bandai is offering Tekken aficionados the chance to get kitted out in a Tekken-themed tattoo.

As part of a collaboration with Frith St. Tattoo in London’s Soho district, the offer will be open to the first five Tekken fans that turn up at the studio brandishing a copy of Tekken Tag Tournament 2, which launches in the U.K. tomorrow.

Those of you who are successful will be handed a voucher worth up to £300, allowing you to then browse the studio for your chosen tattoo design and book an appointment. Artists will be on hand to dish out advice and talk you through the process.

“It’s exciting to be working with The Frith St. Tattoo studio - they are one of the best in the business and will provide the highest quality TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT 2 tattoos. The characters in the game have been intricately designed so the 5 lucky dedicated fans will get themselves a fantastic tattoo that would normally cost hundreds,” commented Lee Kirton, marketing director of Namco Bandai Partners UK.

Released in North America on Tuesday, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 boasts an extensive character roster of over 50 fighters, and features in-depth customisation options as well as a dedicated online social component in the form of the World Tekken Federation.

Stay tuned to PSU.com for our review of the PAL release of Tekken Tag 2 in the next few days.
