Toki to Towa, the PlayStation 3-exclusive RPG from Imageepoch, will be heading to western territories some time in 2013.
News comes via the Twitter account for the president of Imageepoch, Ryoei Mikage, who was asked by a fan if there would be an English version of the game, which is also known as Time and Eternity. In response, Mikage replied simply, “Yes!”
No word on a U.S. or European publisher as of yet, but we’ll keep you posted.
Toki to Towa is scheduled for release in Japan on October 11. The game has attracted a fair bit of attention for its visuals, which utilize 3D backgrounds spliced with hand-drawn 2D character spites.
Japan will see two versions of the game at retail, namely a standard release (7,980 yen) and Limited Edition (9,980 yen). The latter will include a 48-page art book, game soundtrack and voiced drama CD, eleven custom PS3 themes and a special storage box.
