EA Sports has revealed that FIFA 13 has drummed up over one million pre-orders, and as such is poised to become the biggest sports videogame launch of all time.
In addition to impressive pre-sales, the footie outing has also seen over 4.6 million gamers play the demo across 123 countries; that’s a 42 per cent increase in comparison to last year’s effort.
Furthermore, Brandwatch claims that FIFA Soccer 13 was mentioned every 1.3 seconds on various social networking platforms such as Twitter and YouTube in the three days since the demo launched.
