Six years since its release on the Sega Dreamcast, the classic shoot-em-up Under Defeat is getting an HD makeover for a retail and downloadable PlayStation Network release in November. The graphics aren't just easier on the eyes now, as formatting the game for 16:9 screens makes the field double the size for even more frantic action, according to the PS Blog.
The game will be priced at $29.99 USD, and players who purchase the physical copy receive all DLC and patches, a digital art book, a soundtrack CD, an exclusive chopper, and a letter from the game's executive producer. The trailer is definitely worth checking out, if not just for great, cheesy background music. Is the price too steep for a simple shoot-em-up, or are you happy that this classic is finally getting a localization with a box full of extras? Let us know in the comments.
