NetherRealm Studios' latest game, Injustice: Gods Among Us, is a 3D fighting game featuring a cast of DC's iconic heroes and villains. The first developer diary takes a look at the characters' comic books roots and gameplay mechanics of their move sets and how they interact with the environments.
Also as a teaser, the end of the video gives us confirmation and the first look at The Joker and The Green Lantern.
Hector Sanchez, producer of the game, said that Joker will play an integral part of the story. "The Joker is front and center on the front of our box and there's reason he's front and center," he said. "He's a very integral part of our story-line in the game and is kind of the center piece of what's going on."
"Knowing how chaotic The Joker's personality is, you can imagine how loopy and out of this world our story is."
Injustice: Gods Among Us releases in April 2013 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U.
