The planned Tomb Raider movie reboot is to immediately enter production at MGM and GK Films, The Hollywood Reporter has said.
According to the report, Gary Barber, CEO of MGM and GK Films founder Graham King – the latter who is also to serve as producer – dropped the news yesterday.
At this early stage it has yet to be confirmed who will be stepping into Lara Croft’s iconic boots, although it almost certainly won’t be Angelina Jolie again. Jolie, of course, starred in the original movie and its sequel, The Cradle of Life.
Still, our vote goes to British actress Camilla Luddington, who voiced Miss Croft in the critically-acclaimed Tomb Raider reboot released earlier this month.
