Ride to Hell: Retribution will be hitting PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 this summer, publisher Deep Sliver has announced.
The biker adventure was originally announced way back in 2008 and expected to ship the following year. That, obviously, never happened, and things have been quiet ever since – until now, that is.
Retribution is currently under the hammer at Eutechnyx, who previously worked on Ferrari Challenge. The game takes place in the 1960s, an era ripe with Sex, Drugs, and Rock ‘n Roll, and follows Jake Conway, described as a chap “with either a gun in his hand or a girl on his lap.”
Conway is out to seek revenge against a rival biker gang known as The Devil’s Hand. Gamers will be able to participate in both bike and on-foot combat, in what Deep Silver describes as a “one-of-a-kind rock and roll brawler.”
In addition, Retribution will be accompanied by Ride to Hell Route 666, which will be released for PlayStation Network, Xbox LIVE Arcade and PC. In this game, players aim to take over Route 66 by recruiting gang members by employing brains and brawn.
Ride to Hell: Retribution and Ride to Hell: Route 666 will be out in June. Check out the trailer below.
