The developer behind Metro: Last Light has allegedly confirmed to Ukranian tech site ITCChannel that the upcoming horror sequel will receive a PlayStation 4 port.
Furthermore, 4A Games’ creative director Andrew Prokhorov indicated that the next-generation version of Last Light may also feature a copy of the original Metro 2033 on disc.
In addition, he also toyed with the idea of a DLC season pass, which will include five extra pieces of content. Prokhorov suggested this extra content may take the form of story missions told from the perspective of other characters.
Lastly, there is also the possibility of a multiplayer component arriving later down the line as a separate game.
Note that this information is the result of a translation from the actual interview, and there has been no official confirmation from publisher Deep Silver. As such, take it with a pinch of salt until we hear otherwise.
Metro: Last Light is due out on May 14 for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360.
