Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer reveal targets August 14

30 July 2013

Activision and Infinity Ward have announced today that the multiplayer for Call of Duty: Ghosts, the next installation to the hit Call of Duty franchise and the first to the PlayStation 4, will be revealed next month on August 14, 2013. The reveal will be via an hour-long stream and will include 'world premiere announcements'.

In recent months gamers have only witnessed portions of Ghost's single-player campaign, featuring a dog companion and a greater character development. In regards to multiplayer, all that has been revealed is that the game's flagship mode will feature customizable characters and dynamic battlefields.

The stream can be watched on the Call of Duty website on August 14 at 1:30 p.m. EST. Call of Duty: Ghosts will be released on November 5, 2013 for both the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
