Assassin’s Creed Liberation may be getting an updated console version very soon. The info was leaked through a submission to the Brazilian rating board. The image was then leaked to Chinese forum A9VG and then discovered by a Neogaf member and subsequently posted there. The games revealed include both: Assassin’s Creed Liberation, and Assassin’s Creed Pirates.
Assassin’s Creed Liberation was a PlayStation Vita exclusive released last year alongside Assassin’s Creed 3. As of now we know nothing of Assassin’s Creed Pirates, could it be another PS Vita exclusive? Other games ousted by the leak include Endwar Online, Valiant Hearts: The Great War, Autodance II and Rabbids: Big Bang.
The platforms for Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD so far are unknown, but we can assume that it will either be a PlayStation 3 or 4 title. Considering that Liberation was a PS Vita-exclusive title, the news of an HD version on home consoles may deter potential buyers from picking it up on Sony's handheld. Assassin’s Creed Pirates, however, is previously unannounced and could be another PS Vita title or even a mobile game.
PSU will stay on top of this as more information comes in. Does the idea of a PS Vita game going to home consoles change any indecisive minds from buying it on the PS Vita?
